Order Processing Time

Warranty Returns

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier. Failure to report the issue within the designated time frame will result in the order being considered delivered and satisfactory.

Return shipping costs will be initially paid by the customer but reimbursed upon successful warranty claim. We will process your warranty claim within 14 days of receiving the package.
